• Tired from walking, enjoy a break on the steps or benches of the beautiful squares that symbolize Bologna: Piazza Santo Stefano, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, Piazza San Domenico and Piazza San Francesco, also recommended in the evening. 

• If you are looking for romantic views, do not miss the window of Via Piella, the Bolognese Little Venice. Here, peeking between the buildings, you can see one of the few remaining stretches of water that between the early 1900s and the post-war period was covered with asphalt.

• Margherita Gardens: a green corner inspired by English romantic parks, perfect for a stroll among tree-lined paths and small lakes, immersed in nature.
• Sluice park: in Casalecchio di Reno (province of Bologna), it offers a wide variety of landscapes and trails winding along the hillside and through the woods by the Reno river. From the park you can also admire a suggestive sunset over the ancient Chiusa of Casalecchio.
