Bologna
Don't miss the opportunity to learn first-hand the gestures of the Italians at Palazzo Re Enzo, one of the most fascinating historical buildings in Bologna! The thirteenth-century Palazzo, normally closed to the public, now opens its rooms for the new show “DolceVita”, devised by the famous Italian comedian Paolo Cevoli, performed in English and conceived as an Italian course based on gestures and the art of gestural expressiveness: between cabaret and live performances, the show stages the repertoire of the characteristic gestures of Italians, accompanied by the great protagonists of Italian past and contemporary music. It is enjoyable for both foreigners and Italians who are fond of vocal music or who want to spend a pleasant summer evening among the Gothic battlements of one of the city's historical symbols. After the show you can admire the splendid spaces of the Loggia, the courtyard with the adjoining fifteenth-century well, the Sala degli Atti and the monumental Salone del Podestà frescoed by Adolfo De Carolis.
