The itinerary includes stops at the city's oldest and most famous noble palaces: from Palazzo della Volpe, formerly owned by the Riario family, to the 18th-century Farmacia dell'Ospedale, the Libreria Francescana, part of the historic complex of the Church of San Francesco, the Rocca Sforzesca, which preserves traces of Leonardo's genius, and Palazzo Tozzoni, the museum-house of the noble Tozzoni family.
Palazzo Tozzoni retains the charm of its furnishings, furnishings, and period living rooms. From November 15, 2025, to February 22, 2026, its rooms will host the visionary sculptures and installations of Japanese artist Keita Miyazaki in the exhibition "The Garden of Vanities." Admission to the palace and exhibition: €4.00; concessions: €3.00; free for children under 14.

Those wishing to complement their visit to the theater with access to spaces usually closed to the public, such as backstage, can participate in free guided tours (no reservation required) departing at 4:30 pm on the same days.
