Il Poggiolo di Monte Sole is the centre of the Historical Park of Monte Sole, sadly known for the massacre of the Second World War, in the municipality of Marzabotto, in the Province of Bologna. It offers accommodation, a restaurant and a bar. It is located 450 meters above sea level and only a few minutes away by car from Marzabotto and Lama di Reno.
Il Poggiolo is perfectly integrated in the Natural Park and here a lot of initiatives dedicated to history, culture, sport and spare time are organized.
The Hotel is equipped with 28 beds (double and triple rooms, bathrooms), a bar and a restaurant with traditional bolognese cuisine.
