- Sunday, September 21 – On the Wheat Route: ancient grains, handmade pasta, and Pignoletto wine
An immersive experience dedicated to those who love discovering the most authentic traditions of rural culture. We will start at the Ponte Pasqualino farm, which has revived the tradition of growing tall ears of ancient grains to create sustainable and innovative products, which we will taste together with Senatore Cappelli wheat beer. We will continue to the BioNonno farmhouse, where, through a short course on rolling out dough with a rolling pin, we will prepare fresh pasta with ragù sauce, which we will then taste together with their locally produced organic Pignoletto wine.

- Sunday, September 28 – A sensory experience among olive groves and vineyards
Enjoy a relaxing walk among ancient olive trees and discover the secrets of our finest extra virgin olive oil. A guided tasting will introduce you to the basics of sensory analysis — learning how to recognize aromas, textures, and flavors. The experience ends with a tasting of freshly made bruschetta topped with premium oils.
Walk through the vineyard and explore the winery while listening to the story behind our wines — from grape to bottle. The experience continues with a guided tasting of four carefully selected wines, paired with local specialties: cheeses, bakery goods, and cold cuts.
