Description
Experience a Saturday afternoon full of adventures between the territories of Bologna and Modena. Start with our bus from either of the two cities and visit two food and wine producers in just one day.
Experiences:
- Visit to an "Acetaia," where the renowned traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is crafted. Discover how "the black gold of Modena". At the end of the tour, enjoy a tasting with 4 different types of traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena accompanied by fresh caciotta and compote, small omelet and drops of 12 year old Balsamic focaccia and mortadella grape sauces (water and glass of Lambrusco).
- Apericena at the Rizzola winery: Just outside Bologna you can find La Rizzola winery, which for over 30 years has been producing Reno Pignoletto, Merlot and Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, cultivated with organic and traditional methods, non-standardised wines that enhance the characteristics of the soil. We will then have their typical Apericena, with local products accompanied by their wines.
