On October 4th, from 11.30 am to 10.30 pm, RistoAsssociazione tOur-tlen is back at Palazzo Re Enzo with the 10th edition of "Festival del Tortellino".
20 chefs will be proposing 20 different ways to prepare the king of Emilian cooking “il tortellino”: from the traditional tortellini with broth to the most creative recipes with vegetables and fish.
