Festival del Tortellino

On Sunday 4 October 2026, some of Bologna’s leading food professionals will gather at Palazzo Re Enzo for the thirteenth edition of the Festival del Tortellino, organised by RistoAssociazione Tour-tlen.

An entire day – from 11:30 am to 9:45 pm – dedicated to one undisputed star: tortellino.

Visitors will have the chance to taste 21 recipes created by 21 different chefs, each offering its own distinctive interpretation: from the classic tortellino served in chicken or capon broth to more innovative creations.

The event will also feature wines from the Colli Bolognesi, desserts by the Associazione Pasticceri di Bologna, while Montenegro, one of Bologna’s best-known spirits, will host a dedicated corner with creations made using the famous liqueur.

As tradition dictates, the Palio del Parmigiano Reggiano di San Petronio will also take place, with Parmigiano Reggiano hosting a competition to reward the best local dairy producer.

Part of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Fondazione Hospice MT. Chiantore Seràgnoli.
