From 25th January to 28th February 2019 the Museo Temporaneo Navile (Navile Temporary Museum) hosts the "Mater Panis" exhibitionby Silla Guerrini. The exhibition officially opens the first neighbourhood museum in Italy and is dedicated to the figure of the Mother Goddess, symbol of growth and transformation, touching the themes of femininity, nature, earth and life. Within the exhibition bread plays a leading role, conceived as a metaphor of nourishment and connection with the history of the place housing the museum. During the construction of the buildings of the Trilogia Navile (Navile Trilogy), in fact, an archaeological site was found, which has exposed Roman and Etruscan remains dating back to the late Paleolithic period.
