La Svolta is a restaurant that puts on the table a Cucina di Ragione: territory, critical and sustainable food, taste and conviviality. The ingredients used in our dishes are certified organic or sourced from small producers who work naturally and in conscious agriculture. Our menus vary seasonally and offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, meat and fish dishes, always designed with imagination and care. There is also a selection of natural wines and a list of craft beers.
A thinking, inclusive and creative cuisine that is born from the ethical idea of gastronomy, each dish is the result of collaboration with virtuous agricultural realities and choices guided by respect for work, the environment and the quality of raw materials.
