Typical attic in a building that is a historical example of Bologna's popular building between the 19th and 20th centuries; just renewed by the owner who, with the intention of not opposing the atmosphere of old Bologna that the context suggests, has added some vintage furniture, recovering a couple of family furniture of the '50s, pleasantly mixed with a style in the most modern and functional complex. Located on the third floor without a lift, the attic in every room, bright, quiet, it consists of a well-furnished room with a double sofa bed (120x195) and a kitchenette; a bedroom with double bed, standard measures (160 x 200) and a large wardrobe, a bathroom with every comfort, including a small shower. Autonomous heating. Washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, iron. Hair dryer, shampoo and soap. Bed linen and towels. TV and WiFi. Kitchen equipped with pots, dishes and everything needed for cooking. Microwave oven. Final cleaning (at a cost of 30 euros) and, in case of long stays, cleaning with linen change once a week (always at a cost of 30 euros). Books for children, cot, high chair. The building is located in a residential district, one of the noblest in the city, surrounded by parks and historic villas, very quiet even in the evening. It is only 2000 meters from the town hall and Piazza Maggiore, reachable on foot even on a path entirely protected by the arcades. The building is located in Meloncello, at the foot of the Guardia hill, from which the sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca dominates the skyline of the city from any angle you look at and is a reference point for those arriving from outside. The monument is connected to one of the ancient gates of access to the old town (Porta Saragozza) from a portico unique in the world, for its length of almost 4 kilometers.
