The apartment is located in the historic city center, in one of the Bentivoglio family’s buildings. It is also close to Bologna’s main piazza, Piazza Maggiore, which is surrounded by the most important buildings of the city. The location allows you to reach the Opera House in a short walk and, in less than 10 minutes on foot, to the train station. The apartment has been completely renovated and equipped with modern furnishings in June 2018. It is characterized by high and spectacular frescoed ceilings and high quality finishes, including air conditioning, independent heating, and state-of-the-art appliances. The furnishings are custom made and create an extremely contemporary, but at the same time, refined atmosphere. The entrance opens onto the lovely living room with open floor plan kitchen. A large window overlooks Via Belle Arti, illuminating the room, which is furnished with a bookcase, convenient wall units and, a 32” flat-screen TV. The kitchen with its clean design is fully equipped with electric oven and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a nice wooden dining table that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom overlooks an internal courtyard and is therefore very quiet. There are 2 single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) that can be combined to create a comfortable double bed. The bedroom also has a desk and chair to work in tranquility. To store your things, there is a walk-in closet equipped with custom-made shelves, designed to make it as spacious as possible. Finally, in the bathroom there are ceramics in warm tones, which create a relaxing and peaceful area. Amenities: - Italian Moka coffee maker - ADSL Internet with Wi-Fi - Washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board - Independent heating with programmable thermostat and air conditioning with a powerful and quiet portable unit. Parking: Limited traffic zone. On public holidays the historic city center is completely pedestrianized. You can park in the adjacent Piazza VIII Agosto, which is less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
