Almarossa is an aparthotel offering both rooms in B&B and apartments. The building dates back to the 20's but has recently been restored and is open to the public from May 2017. The property is 10 minutes' walk from Central Station, steps from the University district, Pinacoteca Nazionale and Teatro Comunale. All major attractions of Bologna are less than a 15 minutes walk: Piazza Maggiore, Palazzo Re Enzo, the Fair district and the Great Hospital S. Orsola-Malpighi, just to mention the main ones. The largest indoor city parking (Piazza VIII Agosto) is located just 200 mt. away. All units are bright and airy, with free WiFi, smart satellite TV, bathroom with large shower, air conditioning and climate control in all rooms. The apartments include a full kitchen and a sofa bed in the separate living area. Some units have a balcony facing the quiet inner courtyard, equipped with sofas and coffee tables.
