At the entrance there’s a lobby and you can access to the B&B separately from the rest of the apartment. The room has a double bed, table, chairs, chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelves, refrigerator, kettleta and all the services listed in the special section. New bathroom complete with toilet and bidet, sink, shower, mirror, drawers and cabinet. We provide linens, towels and courtesy set. Air conditioning. Internet ADSL wi-fi free. Francesco and Elena are at your disposal to need and to advise you on what to visit in the city. For breakfast we will do our best to meet your demands. Gluten free on request. During your stay, if we can, we will be pleased to help. We are on the border between the districts “Borgo Panigale” and “Reno” (near old town). Quiet area, park next to the building. An efficient public transport can take you to the historic center in a short time and without having to change (4km). Distances by car (except in traffic): Airport 5 minutes, Emergency Room five minutes , Fiera District 10-12 minutes, entrance historic centre 5-10 minutes, train station 15 minutes. Supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, newsagents, banks, pharmacies and other shops are within easy walking distance. A few minutes walk from the house you can reach every type of shop, the bus and taxi stop. In the park in front of the house , ideal for walking and jogging , there is a play area for children. It will be a pleasure for us recommend you good places to spend pleasant dinner or evenings. For motorcycle fans, the famous Ducati factory with its museum and guided tours is just near the B&B. Bologna also is an excellent starting point for day trips to many cities and tourist sites such as Venice, Florence, Ferrara, Parma, Ravenna and Verona. Moreover, with the high-speed trains you can easily reach Milan (1h) and Rome (2h). The room was recently renovated and improved: double bed with orthopedic slats of wood (cm 190x160), a fridge and dishes at your disposal. Tourist tax not included. Children under 5 are free. In the apartment there is a dog (a very affectionate golden retriever) that does not have access to the B&B (see photo). in front of the house there is a free parking (unguarded). B&B is no-smoking and no pets allowed. Please pay attention to the main rules of good education and civil cohabitation , observing silence during the sleeping hours. We absolve properly to the regional legislation concerning the B&B.
