2025 Ferragosto bank holiday museums' opening

Museums and Cultural Venues openings August 15 (Ferragosto bank holiday)

Many museums and exhibitions center will be open during Ferragosto to give tourists and residents the opportunity to spend a few hours among Bologna's rich cultural and historical heritage. Below is the list of openings.

Friday, August 15, 2025: 

• Casa Morandi from 10am to 7pm
• Collezioni Comunali D’Arte from 10am to 6.30pm
• Museo Civico d’arte industriale Davia Bargellini from 10am to 6.30pm
• Museo Civico Archeologico from 10am to 7pm
• Museo Civico Medievale from 10am to 7pm
• Museo Internazionale della musica from 10am to 7pm
• MAMbo-Museo d’Arte Contemporanea  from 10am to 7pm
• Museo Morandi from 10am to 7pm
• Museo per la Memoria di Ustica from 10am to 7pm
• Palazzo dell'Archiginnasio from 9am to 6pm (admission to the rooms from 10am to 5:10pm)
• Palazzo Pepoli - Museo della Storia di Bologna from 10:00am to 7pm
• Palazzo Fava from 10am to 7pm
• Santa Maria della Vita from 10am to 6.30pm
• Pinacoteca Nazionale from 9am to 7pm
• Jewish Museum from 10am to 4pm
