Inside Palazzo Magnani, in the seat of UniCredit Banca, there is a big collection of art which is regularly enriched with new works from 1500 to nowadays. A list of some works: 1500 "Risveglio di Venere" ("The Venere's Awakening") by Dosso Dossi "S.Vincenzo Martire in adorazione della Vergine col Bambino" ("Saint Vincenzo Martyr adorating the Virgin with Child") by Ludovico Carracci. "L'apparizione a Santa Francesca Romana" ("The apparition to Saint Francesca Romana") by Alessandro Tiarini "San Girolamo" ("Saint Girolamo") by Giacomo Cavedoni "La Maddalena al Sepolcro" ("Mary Magdalene at the Sepulchre") by Lorenzo Sabatini (Bologna 1530, Roma 1576); it's a representation of Mary Magdalene crying in front of the empty Sepulchre. The painting belongs to the latest works of the author, and it dates back to 1565-70. 1600 "La Trinità" ("The Trinity") and "Lucrezia" by Guercino "Adorazione dei Magi" ("The Adoration of the Magi") by Simone Cantarini "Scena con pastorelle" ("Scene with Sheperdhesses") by Spagnolo 1700-1800 "Giuditta con la teste di Oloferne" ("Judith with the Head of Olofernes") by G.A.Pellegrini "Laghetto nel bosco" ("Lake in the wood") by Mosè Bianchi "Casolare in campagna" ("Country cottage") by Guglielmo Ciardi "Zì Luisa" by F.P.Michetti 1900 "L'Americana" ("The American Woman") by Virgilio Guidi "Paesaggio di Grizzana" ("Grizzana scenery") by Giorgio Morandi "Il Boccio" by R.S. Timetables
The Quadreria can be visited every Wednesday from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 8pm, and on the second Saturday of each month from 10am to 1pm. It is closed for Christmas holidays on 8th and 26 December.
