This guided tour will lead you to visit Rocchetta Mattei, a beautiful castle in the Apennines, and will give you the opportunity to have dinner in a traditional restaurant.

Rocchetta Mattei is a castle built by the Count Cesare Mattei at the end of the XIX century on the ruins of an ancient medieval fortress; it’s a small jewelry situated is the Apennines between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, and recently restored and open to visitors.

The fusion of different architectural styles, such as the Medieval Gothic with the Moorish style, makes the Rocchetta a incredible and fantastic place, full of very different rooms expertly decorated and linked by a labyrinthine plan of lodges, spiral staircases and towers.

- Guided visit of the splendid Rocchetta Mattei, situated in Grizzana Moranda (1 hour by bus from Bologna)
- Dinner in a typical restaurant with fixed menu
