The 12th edition will be in Parco Pier Paolo Pasolini (via Casini, Pilastro area), on Saturday, May 11th 2019, to celebrate together the Anniversary of Italy’s Liberation, the International Workers’ Day and the core values of a peaceful and inclusive society. The festival is organized by local cultural association Oltre… in order to promote active community involvement and cultural and generational melting pot. Make sure to go early if you want to take part in the free tasting and to vote your favourite soup! People are encouraged to come by bike or bus and bring their own bowl and spoon (to reduce plastic waste). All the ingredients are ready but… No soup without fire!
