Mortadella please

From Friday 11 to Sunday 13 October 2024, Zola Predosa, the world capital of mortadella, will host the 16th edition of Mortadella Please!, the festival dedicated to the Bolognese cold cut par excellence.

As every year, there will be traditional food stands where you can taste mortadella in all its variations, thanks to traditional and innovative recipes. There will also be conferences, in-depth studies, workshops and a children's area. The programme also includes visits to the Alcisa and Felsineo factories, the main producers of mortadella in the Bologna area.
