C'È PIÙ GUSTO food event in Bologna

On 12 and 13 October at Palazzo Re Enzo, in the heart of Bologna, C'è +Gusto a Bologna returns, a food festival that in 2024 will be entitled "The forms of taste". Together with many stars of Italian and international cuisine, there will be events and talks on current events and the centrality of food in our culture. There will be many experiences for visitors, meetings, tastings and masterclasses ready to host new important guests.

One of the highlights will be the dialogue between the director of Gusto, Eleonora Cozzella, and Massimo Bottura (Sunday 13 October at 12 noon), who will bring to the Festival stage the voice of the man who stands at the world summit of cuisine, making Italian cuisine a cultural reference point for entire generations. On 12 October at 12.00 noon with "The Power of Creativity", the focus shifts to the panorama of foreign talent: on stage the current number one on the 50 Best Restaurants list, Oriol Castro, chef at Disfrutar in Barcelona.
