C'È PIÙ GUSTO food event in Bologna

On 10 and 11 October, C'è +Gusto a Bologna returns to Palazzo Re Enzo, in the heart of Bologna. The food festival's 2026 edition will be titled “Freedom and Responsibility”. 

This year's theme invites visitors to explore food while reflecting on how to build fairer and more sustainable production and cultural models, without forgetting the pleasure of sharing food and the revolutionary power it can bring to the table, along with the joy it inspires.

Alongside many leading figures from the Italian and international culinary scene, the programme will feature events and talks exploring current issues and the central role of food in our culture. Visitors can also enjoy a wide range of experiences, meetings, tastings and masterclasses, with more prominent guests set to join the programme.
