This 130 sq. mt. apartment was renovated in September 2018 and is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay for our guests.The property is characterized by high quality finishes, including parquet, a fireplace, the latest-generation anti-noise fixtures, air conditioning, and central heating. The furnishings are custom-made: the precious wood modeled on classic lines creates an extremely welcoming atmosphere,while it also shows off more modern elements. There are no stairs to access the apartment. The apartment is also very quiet, since it is located on a higher floor. The entrance opens onto a double living room with breathtaking views. The most important monuments of the city surround the property and can be admired by simply looking out the window. The large living area is furnished with 2 armchairs, a table, and a very comfortable double sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) placed in front of the fireplace, above which you will find a 40” Smart TV. Next to the living room there is the spectacular dining room from which you can admire the red roofs of the center of Bologna. The kitchen has a beautiful, original floor with red and and blue tiles, and it features an electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, as well as induction burners, and a washing machine. A small pull-out table for 2 people allows you to have a quick breakfast right in the kitchen. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a built-in 5-door wardrobe and a double bed (170 cm x 200 cm) in front of which there is a 20” wall-mounted TV. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom complete with a large crystal shower stall. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) that can be joined to make a double according to your preference. There is also a built-in wardrobe with 2 doors to store your things. Public transportation:Along the adjacent Via Indipendenza you can take the bus to reach the train station, the fair, and the airport. Parking: This apartment is located within the limited traffic zone (ZTL). The nearest garages are located on Via Carbonara (Garage San Pietro) and on Via Valdonica (Autorimessa Piemonte).
