The Room & Breakfast is located in the central Via Galliera, parallel to the Via Independence, only five minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore, 500 m from the train and bus station, and behind Piazza VIII Agosto, where there is ample parking for a fee.

The apartment is on the first floor. The structure consists of two bedrooms both with private bathroom and a common room equipped with every comfort for a self-managed breakfast.

The rooms can also be rented separately with the breakfast room to be shared with any other guests in the structure.

The rearrangement of the rooms is guaranteed every day if the room is vacated by 10:30 am, the change of linen is every three days. Guests will also benefit the iron and the ironing board.

Check-out time by 10.30am, check-in from 2.30pm to 6pm by appointment at least one hour before the arrival. Upon agreement check-in can also take place before or after the mentioned time.

During your stay the owners will be available, if necessary you can contact us by phone 24h/24h. If necessary we can provide a pick-up service to and from the airport with a contribution of 10 euro.

Via Galliera is a parallel to the main Via Indipendenza, it is located near the main points of interest of the city and just 5 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. At 500 meters there is the central train and bus station. Although we are in the city center you can also reach us by car, with the possibility to park on blue lines in the adjacent Via dei Mille, or in the various private car parks in the area (eg. Behind Via Galliera is parking Piazza VIII Agosto, or the Sferisterio). In the area you will find all the main bus stops that will allow you to reach every corner of the city, including the airport shuttle.
