Before booking, please bear in mind that:
- Please be advised that, due to structural limitations at the venues visited, the tour is currently not accessible to wheelchair users. Specifically, the visit to the dairy and vinegar cellar cannot be undertaken in a wheelchair.
- If you plan to arrive at the meeting point by car, you can park at the Toschi car park adjacent to the meeting point.
- If you plan to arrive in Parma by train, take the main exit from the station onto Viale Paolo Borsellino; from there, it will take about 10–12 minutes on foot to reach the meeting point. If travelling from Bologna, we strongly recommend taking the 7:33 am regional train, which arrives in Parma at 8:31 am.
- We recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 10 minutes early, as the departure time is strictly adhered to. Please do contact us if you are running late, and we will let you know how to join the group directly at the first stop.
- Please inform us of any food intolerances
- The tour is not wheelchair accessible.
- The tour runs with a minimum of two participants
Refund and changes:
Cancellation with a refund or changes to your booking are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.
