Parma Cheese & Ham Experience

A fantastic experience in the heart of the Food Valley to discover two world-class products: Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham.

After your brief train journey, we will meet in Parma and head towards a dairy producer to see live the different production phases of Parmigiano Reggiano and enjoy a little tasting of two different ageings at the end, accompanied with some local wine.

Afterwards, we will go towards the hills and visit a prosciuttificio to learn about the production and characteristics of the Parma Ham. At the end of the visit, we will taste some Parma Ham with a glass of wine before returning to Parma train station.

Meeting point:
In front of the Hotel NH Parma, just outside the Parma train station (to be reached by yourself by the 7:00am train)

Refund and changes:
Cancellation with refund or amendment of the reservation possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the activity.
