La Filarmonica e Fio Zanotti

On 10 December 2023, the stage of the Teatro Auditorium Manzoni will host Maestro Fio Zanotti, his super band and the Philharmonic Orchestra of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, who will come together to perform a unique concert.

Twenty-two arrangements have been composed for the occasion, written to be performed by the prestigious Filarmonica di Bologna, which over the years has worked with soloists such as Ivo Pogorelich, Alexander Lonquich, Danil Trifonov, Misha Maisky, Gidon Kremer, Sergej Krilov and many others, under the direction of Roberto Abbado, Sir Neville Marriner, Mikhail Pletnev, Alexander Vedernikov, Michele Mariotti, etc.

Fio Zanotti, will guide the audience on a journey that retraces all the stages of his career, also presenting some unpublished works, opening his eyes to the future. Giorgio Comaschi, a well-known artist, will also present the event.
