On Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 9:00 PM, Frankie hi-nrg mc takes the stage at DumBO Summertime Live with “Voce e Batteria”, the new project that brings voice, rhythm, and words back to the forefront.

A pioneer of Italian conscious rap and author of generational classics such as “Quelli che benpensano,” Frankie hi-nrg mc returns to live performance with an essential yet powerful format created together with drummer Donato Stolfi: just drums, voice, and lyrics. An intense and direct live show that reinterprets some of the most important tracks of his repertoire through stripped-down arrangements, capable of highlighting the full strength of the lyrics and the raw energy of early hip hop. “Voce e Batteria” is also the title of the new album, featuring collaborations with Jovanotti, Fabri Fibra, Elisa, Tiziano Ferro, Emma, Diodato, Raiz, and Lina Simons. After more than thirty years of career, Frankie continues to reinvent his artistic language while remaining one of the most lucid, independent, and recognizable figures of the Italian music scene.
