July at FICO's: Street Food Festival and the orchard events

The summer of FICO Eataly World continues with aperitifs at sunset and barbecues accompanied by musical evenings. There are many open spaces in the Park where nature, music and fun meet allowing visitors to the Park to spend unique days and evenings surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, urban gardens and orchards (from which you can directly harvest vegetables and fruits mature).

Special appointment for Thursday 7 July, when FICO will celebrate one year after its reopening: for the occasion, the entrance to the Park and to the AperiFICO will be free starting from 18:00 and you can toast among the hay bales and the trees in the orchard.

Even among the vineyard rows you will be able to listen to music and dance throughout the evening: Friday 15 July starting from 21:00 there is the "Tango in the vineyard" evening with the rhythm of Bologna Tango Lab, while the following week (Friday July 22) will be the swing of Only LINDY HOP to echo in the FICO vineyard between cocktails and dances until 1:30.

The weekend of 22, 23 and 24 July is also to be marked on the calendar for a special event that will bring together street food from all over Italy at FICO: the Street Food Festival! Arancini, fried tortellini, wallet pizza, grilled meat, pasta frittatine, tigelle, crescentine, arrosticini, ascolana olives, paella, fried seafood, ice creams, cannoli: these are just some of the delicacies that can be tasted at the stands and food trucks at FICO!

FICO Summer returns with its weekly schedule of events held among the trees of the orchard throughout the summer until September.

Thursday evenings from 7 pm to 1 am are dedicated to AperiFICO, welcoming happy hour enthusiasts to a unique location embraced by a Mediterranean orchard among apricot, cherry, and pear trees, shrubs, and green lawns: the ideal solution for treating yourself to an aperitif in a green setting without leaving the city and for spending long summer evenings with friends surrounded by nature, music, entertainment, and a wide selection of foods, wines, and beers.

Every Friday the orchard will host “BBQ & Dance”, a barbecue followed by dancing in two different outdoor musical areas dedicated to Latin American music and dance music.

The weekly event on Saturdays will be a FIC-NIC in the orchard, which from 7-10 pm will welcome families and lovers of pastoral aperitifs among wicker baskets, traditional gingham tablecloths, and of course a tasty menu to enjoy on the lawn accompanied by a good glass of wine.
