Go Wine Festival!

Go Wine promotes in Bologna a new and special event: the Go Wine Festival! A great evening of tasting with views of the city of Bologna, which will be held on Monday, June 20th in the charming location of the restaurant Il Boccone del Prete, located at the Golf Club Siepelunga, in the hills. Protagonists of the event over 50 wineries from all over Italy, selections of Champagne, free tasting and accompaniment of dishes: an event dedicated to wine culture, taste and celebration aimed at members, their friends and sympathizers, in the year that marks the 20 years of Go Wine in the city.

The event will take place from 5.30 pm to 11 pm (with the closing of the entrances at 10 pm), partly using the indoor spaces of the restaurant and partly outdoors. The tasting bench will be flanked by a food section coordinated by the chef of the Acqua Pazza Restaurant, Francesco Carboni; he himself will cook a dish for all participants to the event (Gramignone al torchio con burro, acciughe, cannocchie e e polvere di pomodoro datterino); typical products selected by Felsineo will be available to the public. A dish by the Ristorante Il Boccone del Prete and selections of oysters can be purchased by participants on site, at a separate cost. 

The event is aimed at Go Wine members, professionals and sympathizers.
