On April 22nd, 23rd and 24th, the center of Bologna will be filled with taste and culture! The most important event of the year returns to Palazzo Re Enzo: 3 days dedicated to the Italian agri-food heritage, where you will taste, know, learn and compare, activating the palate and the mind.
We will talk about the enhancement of the territory, the culture of food, sustainable production and slow tourism. Together, we will cross the 3100 km of the "Ciclovia dell'Apennino" to discover a minor Italy that deserves to be supported, enhanced, relaunched, but above all lived slowly, knowing the artisan wonders that characterize it.
