Back to the Wine, the event dedicated to wine artisans and their exclusive production takes place, for the first time in Bologna, on May 22nd and 23rd, in the White Space of DumboSpace, a place of urban regeneration not far from both the center than from the central station. The protagonists are the producers of artisanal wines with a 'limited edition', almost always between 15 thousand and 20 thousand bottles per year, who pay great attention to environmental sustainability, the non-use of synthetic chemistry, respect for the territory and a working method, which minimizes intervention in the cellar, accompanying a necessarily healthy grape from the vineyard to its maximum expression in the bottle.

There are 120 artisan winemakers with tasting counters, and during the two days of the event it is possible not only to taste, but also to discover their values, their techniques, their stories, and buy the wines directly. There will also be some food proposals, always with the same characteristics: craftsmanship, small productions, quality. Back to the Wine is aimed at both professional operators (wine bars, wine bars, restaurants, distribution, import-export), and the private public, not only for tastings, but also for direct purchase in a convivial and carefree environment, where to find established companies and promising new realities in the natural wine sector.
