The Wine show and the show of the typical products of the Emilia-Romagna region returns as an autumn event. It will be a full new edition to taste the specialties of the region. “Via Emilia Cooking and Wines Talk” is precisely the title of the “drawing room” that will host the interesting meetings organised by Luca Gardini and Adua Villa to enhance the raw materials of the Emilia-Romagna cuisine and their combination with regional wines, all within the framework also in terms of food & wine tourism. As usual, on Monday, a day reserved for the experts in the sector. the annual awarding ceremony of the "Carta Canta" Award will take place at Enologica. In addition, within Enologica 2019, the "Mediterranean Cheese and Wine - MCW" programme will be illustrated and approved as part of the call for bids MULTI-C-2018 - REG. 1144/14 for the presentation of specific PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) products in Greece, France, Germany and Italy. A special stand will be set up in front of the event entrance.
