On Sunday, May 18, 2025, International Museum Day (IMD) will be celebrated.
The 2025 edition explores the theme: “The future of museums in rapidly changing communities”, focusing on how museums can navigate and contribute to a world undergoing profound social, technological, and environmental transformations.
In the 12 participating municipalities – Alto Reno Terme, Bologna, Castenaso, Crevalcore, Ozzano dell’Emilia, Pianoro, Pieve di Cento, San Giovanni in Persiceto, San Lazzaro di Savena, San Pietro in Casale, Valsamoggia, and Vergato – there are 31 venues and 37 events to choose from.
