On June 22, at the Museum of Rural Civilization of Bentivoglio, the Threshing Festival, Open Day of Taste returns.
A great event dedicated to celebrating the wheat harvest, inviting visitors to rediscover the deep connection between culture, gastronomy, and traditions linked to this precious golden cereal.
Throughout the day, admission to the Museum will be free, and numerous free activities will be available for adults and children: creative workshops, guided tours, shows, conferences, and the highly anticipated wheat threshing reenactment. The historic Massey Harris 620s combine harvester will be featured, presented by the Associazione Gruppo della Stadura in collaboration with Pro Loco di Loiano and Gruppo d’la Batdura.
The Museum and the historic park will also host the traditional farmers’ market with local producers, organized by the purchasing group “Alveare di Cento” and the farmers’ market of Cento “MeLA”, featuring sales and tastings of typical food and wine products from the region.
