Our dishes take inspiration by the traditional Emilia cooking style: tagliatelle with ragout, gramigna (a kind of pasta) with sausages ragout and a lot of other first course proposals; Among second courses, the most requested specialty is "Piatto di Crescentine": fried crescentine bread, cold cuts and cheese. To taste: the pork shank and the "tagliata" (thinly sliced beef). The wine cellar proposes excellent house and local as well as fine wines. Finally, to taste, our home made dessert including the flavorful tiramisu.
