Bologna
Typical Osteria Bolognese and Enoteca with kitchen, present in its original location since 1954, the last remaining in Bologna of the famous "Osterie out of town" sung in the songs of Francesco Guccini. It mainly offers typical Bolognese cuisine with some "modern" digressions and offers a selection of wines from the Emilia Romagna area but also from all over the country, with a particular search for small family cellars, wineries offering organic products and wineries offering wines of provenance of the territories confiscated from the mafias.
