Eataly Bologna was inaugurated on the 5th of December 2008 in the heart of the Quadrilatero within the new Ambasciatori building. At Eataly Ambasciatori you can find on the ground floor the cafeteria that offers sweet and savory specialties, from breakfast to the aperitif. On the first floor there is the market, with a rich selection of high quality products of Italian production, and the Trattoria that offers innovative ideas and classic dishes with the best materials every day. On the second floor there is the wine shop and the Osteria Stagioni which proposes the flavors of the Italian gastronomic tradition through a menu of dishes prepared with ingredients selected from the best of the seasonal offer and cooked in a healthy and light way.
