For over thirty years the Carati Family has been ensuring quality of raw materials and preparations. Our speciality is "Tagliatelle alla Bolognese", one of the best in town. Our tagliatelle are home-made noodles with stone ground flour and Bolognese sauce made according to the Carati Family's recipe. In all the other dishes on the menu you will find the same care.
