Bologna
The elegant, distinctive concept was devised personally by Giorgio Armani in collaboration with his team of architects. The space covers a total surface of 300 square metres and comprises a café area, a restaurant area measuring about 100 square metres with capacity for 42 guests and a large outdoor area of about 60 square metres with 25 seats. There is a different menu for lunch and dinner, although both share the philosophy of all Emporio Armani Caffès: unquestionably Italian dishes, simple and classic, prepared with raw ingredients chosen with the utmost care. In the evening, a truly memorable culinary experience is created by adding several dishes to the lunch menu, including local classics such as tagliatelle and tortellini, as well as Milanese specialities like risotto and cotoletta alla Milanese. The bar, on the other side, follows the demands of the day, from breakfast to aperitivo, featuring specially made options characterized by quality and attention to detail.
