In the past, these villas hosted the Count’s guests and patients; today La Balconcina preserves that spirit, blending history, nature and authentic hospitality. The apartment has been carefully restored, respecting the original elements and Mattei’s eclectic style, with historical and oriental influences.

From the Liberty-style balcony there is a view over the forest; inside you will find a double bedroom, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small lounge with sofa bed.
