The two-floor detached house is easily reachable by car from the motor-way (Sasso Marconi toll booth) or the SS64 road. The railway station is just 3 km far. The house has a large covered terrace and a portico. There is a courtyard with safe parking space, garden and woodland. A fine view of the surrounding countryside dominates the valley, approaching the foothills of Monte Sole. There are two double rooms for guests on the ground floor and one on the first floor, each with separate entrance from the outside, bathroom with shower and heating. A third bed may be added. Service includes overnight stay, breakfast, bed linen and cleaning. Pets welcome.
