NEWS - Tourist information and detours for the Bologna Marathon

On Sunday 3 March 2024, the 42 km, 30 km, 21 km and 5 km Bologna Marathon is set to take place, starting at 8.30 a.m. from Via Indipendenza.

Bologna will be welcoming runners from all over Italy for the big event and is preparing for the necessary traffic changes and detours until 3.30 p.m. in order to fully enjoy this extraordinary sporting event.

MOBILITY AND TRAFFIC

When arriving by car or tour bus, read the traffic news of the Municipality of Bologna to make sure you don't get stuck with vehicular disruptions.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

On Sunday 3 March the urban and suburban bus lines will undergo some route and stop changes to allow the event to take place. All line changes will be made available on the Tper website.
