Villa Beatrice

The Villa dating back to the middle of the '500 has passed between various owners over time and is now owned by the Municipality of Argelato, recently restored.

The central nucleus is flanked by two lateral wings that delimit the inner courtyards. The ground floor was reserved for service areas such as kitchens, cellars and dining rooms, while the first floor was the official residence of the lords and a place of reception, while the second floor was intended for private rooms. The interior retains beautiful decorations attributed to the famous decorator Cesare Baglione. The surrounding park includes a preserve, the arrangement of trees and vegetation was designed specifically to create a microclimate ideal for the villa.
