A fine example of medieval, higher-echelon mountain architecture, transformed into a Palazzo by the Comelli family of notaries. The villa is situated around beautiful courtyards and flanked by the Casa del Colono and by stables and barns; it has rooms for the consultation of the Comelli family’s notary archives. The large sundial is particularly striking. The complex also includes the small Santa Maria in Procole Chapel located on the access road to the village
