MUBIT - Italian Basket Museum

MUBIT – Italian Basket Museum is the first permanent museum entirely dedicated to Italian basketball. Promoted by the Municipality of Bologna and the Italian Basketball Federation, and managed by Fondazione Bologna Welcome, MUBIT is the place to experience and rediscover the great history of basketball in Italy.

Inside the museum, visitors can explore the achievements of the national teams, the triumphs of clubs, the iconic faces of Italian basketball, and the stories of players, coaches, executives, journalists, and fans who have made this sport a shared heritage.

The museum is located in the legendary PalaDozza in Bologna, a temple of Italian basketball and a symbol of passion for the game. A historic venue that now becomes a space for memory, sports culture, and innovation.
