Ca’ la Ghironda ModernArtMuseum is part of a new architectural context, a park covering 10 hectares a few minutes from the centre of Bologna.
The museum area consists of an outdoor sculpture park, a botanical garden of naturalised and native flora, a spontaneous refuge for local fauna, a complex exhibition space, a fully equipped congress centre, a place for exhibitions and artistic activities, a workshop and an active space for visual arts, schools, families, children, the elderly and the disabled.
In addition to the ModernArtMuseum, Ca’ la Ghironda also includes the Ghironda Resort where it is possible to spend the night for short or prolonged periods and the Giocondo Restaurant where you can have lunch and enjoy the hospitality of yesteryear grandmas.
