The original nucleus of the buildings dates back to the 17th century. It is now is home to the Museum by the same name, an Inn and a learning garden. The mill is powered by the Limentra River and includes several buildings that show what rural life was like centuries ago. The museum narrates the process of transformation of cereals, from the milling of grain with original machinery, to the baking of bread in a traditional wood oven
