Mortadella Mousse

Ingredients (6 servings)

  • 300 g Mortadella from Bologna IGP
  • 100 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 1 tablespoon spoon of heavy cream


Finely mince the mortadella. Add ricotta and parmesan and heavy cream. Blend until smooth and serve on toast.
