The Plains
The Green Asparagus of Altedo, typical product of the Bolognese Plains, celebrates its 49th Festival with a lots of events and delicious asparagus-based menus to be tasted in the "Tuttoasparago" Restaurant. In addition, on May 22, 23 and 24 special "Dinners by chef" will bring in the plate all the creativity of important chefs, that will cook following their "green" inspiration. During the festival it will also be possible to buy fresh asparagus and other produce from the local farmers. The festival programme includes lots of events such as shows, exhibitions, the Street festival (May 20) and the Asparagus "white" night (May 26).
