Bologna UNESCO City of Music in collaboration with the cultural Association Italian-Hungarian, in the framework of Bologna Estate, the Summer events of the Municipality, presents the concert "Music between East and West without borders".

The ensemble Musica Rediviva has the promotion of the medieval and renaissance repertoire as a mission, performing with instruments and costumes of that age. The members of the ensemble Zsuzsa LÉVAI - lute, viola da braccio, Antal L. KÖBE - viola da gamba, percussion, Cecilia SZAK - lute, viola da gamba all attended the Academy of Music in Budapest.

The repertoire includes both well-known pieces of the greatest composers of the 13-17th century and others hardly to find. The ensemble has performed in Austria, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Romania, thanks to the collaboration with the well known Concentus Consort group.
