Mortadella Day 24th October in Piazza Galvani from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. A rich programme of masterclass and showcooking with famous chefs: Marisa Maffeo, Marcello Ferrarini, Daniele Reponi.
At 6:30 pm Happy Hour with chef Lorenzo Biagiarelli who will make three different courses with Mortadella Bologna IGP inviting people attending the event to taste them. A part of the revenue coming from selling Mortadella Panini will be given to "Cucine Popolari" an Onlus in Bologna committed to offer free food to homeless and indigent people.
Later on a music performance by the local and renown artist Franz Campi. Free entrance to everybody, while the free attending to the kitchen classes is reserved only to those who have been previously booked subscribing at www.mortadellabologna.com
