Bologna
Leader in the panorama of Renaissance and Baroque vocal and instrumental performance, the ensemble La Venexiana opens the cycle of the early music concert “Bach versus Händel” by Bologna Festival – Il Nuovo l’Antico. The programme is consacrated to the italian Duett and music by Bononcini and Gabrielli. La Venexiana provides interpretations that are never obvious, but always refined and communicative, thus highlighting the appeal of these Händelian pages more than ever.
